Our Companies

The Logistics Group includes companies that operate in various areas of transport, freight forwarding and logistics. The key areas are mainly transport and logistics for the automotive industry, fresh food distribution, transport for manufacturers of building and packaging materials, transport of high-value goods and so called “general cargo”.
CEE Logistics

With more than 500 vehicles and an annual turnover of more than 60 million EUR, the company is one of the European leaders in the field of bulk transport. The key customers are mainly from the automotive, building insulation, packaging and hygiene segments.

CEE Fresh Food Logistics

The company has been a member of the Group since fall 2021. Formerly known as GISTRANS Czech Republic s.r.o. and today as CEE Fresh Food Logistics, it is the fulfilment of our long-term vision "The Future of Logistics is Diversity - we create the future". Nearly 100 special refrigerated trucks cover a significant part of the fresh food distribution in the Czech Republic. By using our logistics network across Europe, we want to build the same position in the international distribution of fresh food.

LOG-IN CZ

The company represents a premium brand of European format. With more than twenty years of tradition and a unique patented security system for the transport of High Value Goods , it is among the TOP 3 companies of its kind in Europe. The acquisition of LOGIN CZ in 2015 was an important step towards fulfilling our group's goal of becoming one of the European leaders in the transport and logistics of high-value goods.

Terranaut Iberica

Based in Barcelona, Spain, with 30 years of experience in LTL transportation and automotive assembly, the company was a clear acquisition choice in 2018 and another step towards fulfilling our strategic European goals.

ANEXIA

It has been the youngest member of the Group since spring 2026. Through Anexia, we have gained the opportunity to offer logistics services to customers across the MATTELI Group and have increased our fleet by approximately 100 vehicles for both domestic and international transport. Anexia also has storage capacity of approximately 50,000 m² and operates an authorized service center for the DAF, Tatra, Ford, and Panav brands. The company employs 490 people.

In addition to creating the aforementioned lasting social values, we want to participate in a responsible approach to society, help people around us and make life better. The vision of using your success and helping has been a dream from the beginning. The establishment of the Lenka and Roman Šmidberský Foundation made these dreams a reality.

We have acquired the Rakovník-based logistics company ANEXIA s.r.o.

The transport and logistics group MATTELI Group (MG) has acquired the Rakovník-based company Anexia s.r.o. The transaction was subject to approval by the Office for the Protection of Competition of the Czech Republic.
Anexia has storage capacities of approximately 50,000 m², operates approximately 100 vehicles for domestic and international transport, and also runs an authorized service center for the DAF, Tatra, Ford, and PANAV brands. The company employs 560 people. “The acquisition of Anexia gives us the opportunity to offer logistics services to customers across the MATTELI Group. We see entering this segment as key to the further growth of the entire group,” said Roman Šmidberský, owner and founder of the MATTELI Group. The previous owners of Anexia explain the sale as a natural step in the company’s development. “We have been with Anexia for more than 35 years and have come to the conclusion that we are no longer able to significantly develop the company. We discussed this issue for a long time and considered when the right moment for the sale would be. We agreed that it would be appropriate to take this step at a time when the company is in very good shape, operating stably, and still growing. And that is right now,” said seller Luboš Čermák. “A Czech company with a clear ownership structure was selected, which plans to continue the company’s activities in their current form. We believe that Anexia will function even better and on a larger scale under its new owner,” added co-owner Pavel Kopřiva. The MATTELI Group operates in five European countries and runs approximately 800 vehicles of its own. The group is owned by Roman Šmidberský through Matteli Solutions a.s. Matteli Solutions also includes the engineering group AML Holding a.s., which brings together the manufacturer of coupling technology PANAV and the company CUTCO Steel. In total, the holding companies employ approximately 2,000 people, and the group expects revenues of CZK 6 billion in 2026.
